CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Fee for Full Sets A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all full set appointments. This amount is applied toward your total at checkout and simply holds your spot. If a cancellation fee is charged, the booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred. Cancellations & No-Shows Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. • 48+ hours’ notice – no fee • 48–24 hours’ notice – 50% cancellation fee • Less than 24 hours / same-day / no-show – 100% of the scheduled service Late Policy Please arrive on time so we can complete your service. • Up to 15 minutes late – a $15 late fee may apply • More than 15 minutes late – appointment may be cancelled and charged as a no-show (100%) If you’re running late, please text as soon as possible. Payment All listed prices reflect card pricing. A small cash discount is available when paying in cash.
