I offer classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension sets, each designed to create a look that complements your features and personal preferences. For those looking to lift and define their natural lashes, I also provide standard and advanced lash lifts and tints. I am proudly located in Tress Salon in Woodstock, CT, where I am dedicated to creating a relaxing, welcoming environment for all of my clients. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Fee for Full Sets A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all full set appointments. This fee is applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment and is used to secure your appointment time. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within the applicable cancellation window, the booking fee will be forfeited and the applicable cancellation fee will still apply. ⸻ Booking Fee for Lash Lifts & Lash Lift + Tints A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all lash lift and lash lift + tint appointments. This fee is applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment and is used to secure your appointment time. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within the applicable cancellation window, the booking fee will be forfeited and the applicable cancellation fee will still apply. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation fees are based on the original appointment time. • 48+ hours’ notice – No fee • 48–24 hours’ notice – 50% cancellation fee • Less than 24 hours / same-day cancellation – 100% of the scheduled service • No-show – 100% of the scheduled service Cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied toward future appointments or services. Rescheduling an appointment does not waive a cancellation fee when the change is made within the applicable cancellation window. ⸻ Late Policy Please arrive on time so we can provide your full service without affecting other appointments. • Up to 15 minutes late – A $15 late fee may apply • More than 15 minutes late – Your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled and charged as a no-show (100%) If you are running late, please text as soon as possible. ⸻ Payment All listed prices reflect card pricing. A small discount is available when paying with cash.
